SUMMARY:Meditation Session
DESCRIPTION:Have you ever wanted to be in a meditative state\, but were unable to get much beyond closing your eyes and breathing deeply? Our goal will be to attain a Deep Alpha state of Consciousness using a technique developed and practiced in the Silva Method. We will be invited and guided to enter into the Silence\, where our conscious thoughts will be shut down and our mind will be receptive to whatever messages the God of Our Understanding or Universe presents to us. It can also be useful in getting in touch with our inner being\, and can help us achieve balance. \n  \nWe will be seated in a circle to help focus our thought energy on people or objects placed in the center\, as well as facilitating the flow on energy.  \n  \nTwo meditations will follow and will be primarily centered around healing and manifesting. The first meditation will be for the participant. The second meditation will be for anyone else\, with their name and thought energy placed in the metaphysical circle. It can also be for anything else that will be for the greater good of all. There are no boundaries to restrict our thought energy from bestowing blessings. \n  \nA third meditation will be an energy meditation. You will have an experience of Oneness\, brought forth using the same Silva-type technique with a scientific phenomena known as Quantum Entanglement. Please bring a small\, Sacred object special to you which will act as a tool and a conduit of your energy. It will be placed inside the middle of the circle formed by the chairs. We will empower these objects with our contemplative thoughts. To help explain this\, visualize a grouping of overlapping circles around a center point on a piece of paper. The circles represent energized objects. Where they overlap\, a combined energy is present\, which will be greater than the sum of the energy of the individual parts. That combined energy can become available to you.  \n  \nIf you have the recent issue of Spirituality & Health\, read the article by Dr. Kevin Anderson and the article by Dr. Sue Morter. They both discuss the interconnection of matter and energy. We can experience and use this knowledge for good\, if we know how.  \nWe will meet in the Mirror Room at Sun Lakes Country Club.
